Secret Lair x Stardew Valley is officially arriving as part of Magic: The Gathering’s Superdrop of the Moonlight Jellies, bringing three limited-edition collections inspired by the hit farming simulator. Announced at MagicCon: Amsterdam, the crossover goes on sale July 27, 2026, at 9 a.m. PT, featuring brand-new artwork by Stardew Valley creator ConcernedApe (Eric Barone), including a mechanically unique Stardew Valley land card created for Magic.

Three themed drops and exclusive bundles

The crossover includes three themed Secret Lair drops: Welcome to Stardew Valley, Life in Pelican Town, and A Flicker in the Deep, each highlighting different parts of the game, from farming and village life to exploring the mines. The Welcome to Stardew Valley drop contains eight cards, including the new land card, while the other two feature themed reprints and tokens with Stardew Valley-inspired artwork.

Collectors can purchase individual drops in foil and non-foil editions. Welcome to Stardew Valley costs $39.99 (non-foil) or $49.99 (foil), while Life in Pelican Town and A Flicker in the Deep are priced at $29.99 (non-foil) and $39.99 (foil). Wizards of the Coast is also offering three bundles priced at $99.97, $129.97, and $219.99, with each bundle including the exclusive Lucky Purple Memento promo card, a special version of Puca’s Mischief, while supplies last.

Availability and what fans should know

The Superdrop continues the Secret Lair alternate-art series under the Universes Beyond label, bringing the world of Stardew Valley into Magic: The Gathering. ConcernedApe not only illustrated the featured cards but also helped design the collaboration, while Wizards created a custom card frame inspired by Stardew Valley’s in-game interface.

The drops will be available through the Secret Lair online store, with non-foil Welcome to Stardew Valley editions also planned for WPN game stores after the online sale. As with previous Secret Lair releases, quantities are limited, and select bundles will include the exclusive promo card only while supplies last. The collaboration is expected to appeal to both long-time Magic collectors and Stardew Valley fans looking for a unique crossover collectible.
