Fortnite Ironmouse Skin and Sprite Reportedly Arrive in the July 30 Update

Fortnite Ironmouse Sprite has officially been confirmed by Epic Games with the launch of the v41.30 update. The popular VTuber-inspired Sprite joins Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 as part of the final major patch of the season, bringing a new collectible item for players. Epic teased the crossover on its official X account before the update with a mysterious Sprite frame, using Ironmouse’s colors and design style.

The Ironmouse Sprite is now available in Fortnite through the latest update and has quickly become one of the most talked-about additions among collectors. The full teaser initially kept the design hidden, but the community identified the character due to Ironmouse’s signature appearance and the purple-themed visuals used by Epic.

Ironmouse Sprite Abilities and How Players Can Find It

The Ironmouse Sprite is a Mythic-tier collectible, making it one of the rarer Sprites available in the game. Players can find it through Sprite Chests across standard Fortnite maps, although obtaining one may require patience because Mythic Sprites generally have very low spawn rates.

The Sprite has special gameplay effects, making it useful during matches. The Ironmouse Sprite has the Cloak and low gravity abilities, and regenerates health over time when players’ health gets low. Fully charged, it can restore up to 100 health, providing an edge in those frantic battles.

The Sprite Mastery track also unlocks Sprite Locators that players can use to find the rare Sprites after 17 masteries. These tools will help increase the chances of finding special variants, including Mythic-level Sprites hidden in burrowed Sprite Chests.

The Ironmouse crossover is also expected to attract attention beyond the Fortnite community. Ironmouse has one of the largest VTuber fanbases, and the collaboration gives her audience another reason to explore Fortnite’s Chapter 7 Season 3 content before the season changes.

Fortnite v41.30 Update Adds More Sprites and Crossovers

The v41.30 patch was released on July 30th, 2026. This was the last major update for Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3. Epic added a few Sprite-related changes along with the Ironmouse Sprite, including new variants and crossover content.

The update introduced the John Wick Sprite, which is connected to the Simpsons-themed Fortnite Reload map. The update also brought the Simpsons Reload experience, Spider-Man: Brand New Day crossover content, and a Fortnite Festival refresh.

Epic’s growing Sprite system has already featured collaborations with personalities and characters such as Pollo and Vini Jr. The Ironmouse Sprite continues this trend by combining gameplay items with creator-focused collaborations.

There are also reports that Ironmouse skins could arrive in the Fortnite Item Shop as part of the crossover. That said, Epic hasn’t officially confirmed any outfits, so the launch may be limited to the Sprite or more cosmetics could be added later.

With Chapter 7 Season 3 nearing its conclusion, the Ironmouse Sprite gives players another rare collectible to search for while Epic prepares future Fortnite content.

Although Ironmouse skins have been rumored, Epic Games has only officially confirmed the Sprite so far.
